Beef and Chicken Help!

So I would really like to buy meat that I know comes from a better place than animals that were raised in a cramped factory. I did some research over the weekend to learn more. So GROSS! But I am stuck...living in a small town, I have limited places to shop and even more limited access to organic food. Anyone have any suggestions on how to buy better products, especially better meat?
